17 square metres for what actually matters
We often have role models for many things: career, fitness, consumption. But when it comes to relationships, most people have neither a blueprint nor role models.
At the beziehungsbude., we work exactly on this gap. On just 17 square metres, in what might be the smallest practice in the world, we create a space in Munich-Mittersendling where things can be thought through, questioned and spoken out loud.
It is about noticing what drives certain behaviours, which needs may have been unmet for a long time, and how to move from energy-draining conflict to workable solutions. All of this is part of being human and being an adult — even if we were never taught how to do it.
Our perspective
Problems used to be solutions
We do not believe in deficits or failure. What causes problems today was often a helpful survival strategy in the past.
We are not here to tell you how to live, we do not know better than you. At the beziehungsbude., the focus is on naming things as they are and understanding dynamics that often disappear in everyday life between small talk and autopilot. Whether as an individual, a couple or a polycule, taking responsibility for your own time and energy is a sign of strength.
The space
Focus instead of distraction
Our space at Schöttlstraße 12 is neither a sterile office nor a wellness environment. It is reduced to what is essential. With a view into a quiet, green courtyard, it offers the setting to sit with and express even difficult topics.
- Brain-friendly: A setting that works for all kinds of minds (ADHD/autism) without requiring long explanations
- Science-based: We use insights from neuroscience and social sciences to provide orientation instead of giving advice
- Location & access: Directly at S7 Mittersendling, accessible and easy to reach
Rent the beziehungsbude.
When we are not working on dynamics ourselves, we open the space to others. The 17 square metres provide a focused and minimal setting for work that does not need unnecessary extras.
- Meetings & sessions: A neutral, private space for professional conversations
- Content & shoots: A clean setting with natural courtyard light
- Small formats: Ideal for focused work in small groups
